It is on the first floor and there is a lift in the building, a bicycle room and a room for pram storage. The floor length windows in the living room facing the south allow the apartment to get sunlight all day. There is a possibility for a cabled internet connection in 2 spots in the apartment (perfect for a home office!).

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, induction stove, kitchen fan, oven, built in microwave and a dishwasher.
