Finding a home
How do I find an apartment in the right city?
Select a city in the site header — the catalog, map, and home page counters will adjust to it. Then open Rent or Sale and set filters for price, rooms, and district.
How do I contact a seller or realtor?
On a listing page, tap Message — an on-site chat will open. You can request a phone number separately if the seller provided one. Conversations are saved in your account.
Can I save listings I like?
Yes. Tap the heart icon on a card or in the catalog — the listing goes to favorites. The list is available in your profile after you sign in.
Where do listings on the site come from?
The catalog includes listings from Mehumi users and materials from open sources. Every listing is moderated before it appears in the public list.

How do I post a listing?
Tap Post a listing in the header, choose the deal type, and fill in the form: map address, photos, price, and description. After submission the listing goes to moderation and appears in the catalog once approved.
Why is my listing "Under moderation"?
We review new and updated listings before publication: contacts, photos, and description. This usually takes a short time. You can track status in your account.
Is listing free?
Basic publication is free. You can optionally boost a listing in the catalog — an optional paid service in the plans section.
How do I contact support?
Sign in and open Messages — there is a chat with Mehumi support. Describe your question or issue; the team will reply in the same thread.
