1. General provisions

Mehumi Estate (the "Platform") gives users access to a listing catalog, tools to contact sellers and realtors, and the ability to publish their own offers.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The Platform is operated by Mehumi Estate sp. z o.o.. For service questions, contact support@mehumi.local.

2. Registration and account

• Registration is required to publish listings, use chat, and access some features.
• You must provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all actions taken from your account.
• We may restrict or block access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or if other users report abuse.

3. Listings and content

• By publishing a listing, you confirm that you may dispose of the property or act on behalf of the owner.
• False information, duplicate spam listings, and content that violates law, third-party rights, or moderation rules are prohibited.
• All new and updated listings may be moderated before publication.
• We may reject, hide, or remove a listing without compensation if it violates service rules.

4. Communication between users

The Platform provides technical means to exchange messages and request contacts. Mehumi Estate is not a party to sale or rental transactions and does not guarantee the accuracy of listing information.

Users must independently verify the property, documents, and deal terms. Be cautious with prepayments and transfers to strangers.

5. Paid services

Some features (for example, listing promotion) may be paid. Price and scope are shown before payment in the Platform interface.

Payment means acceptance of the selected service description. Refunds are governed by applicable law and the specific plan rules.

6. Intellectual property

Design, software, logos, and other Platform elements belong to Mehumi Estate rights holders unless stated otherwise.

By uploading photos and text in listings, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them within the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absence of errors, or data loss.

The operator is not liable for losses from transactions between users, actions of third parties, or misuse of the service.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with the update date.

Relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
